Specializing in traditional birria, the menu here is straightforward yet enticing, featuring an enticing array of options. You can treat yourself to their heavenly Birria Tacos made with succulent goat meat that's slow-cooked to perfection, creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience that you won't soon forget. Or perhaps you might opt for one of their delightful burritos, which come filled with your choice of beef, chicken, or classic carnitas pork, all for just US$5.00 each. Imagine sitting in this inviting space, surrounded by lively conversations, while enjoying a plate of their authentic birria that boasts a complex, flavor-rich consommé paired with fresh toppings.

While the food absolutely steals the show, a few reviews, such as from J G and S Mon, hint at some areas for improvement with the restrooms and service during peak hours. However, the overall consensus remains clear: the food is worth the wait. Melvin Morataya, another satisfied patron, praised the birria for its 'smoking hot' quality and complements that tantalizing red salsa which adds that perfect kick. Birria is authentic, birria , beans, chips, homemade tortillas, and salsa are very delicious. Service was good, the place is small and clean. The only set back is the restrooms. They were dirty and smelled. There also right where the tables are, where people are eating. So dont forget to leave the fan running . I will be returning the food was . Still serving and open during COVID cough 19. Mind you Take out only.

Excellent! Great prices for a birria that's completely off the hook. Very simple and straightforward menu but each item has specific taste. I went there at 7am and by 8 the place was bumping. Tepache was really good and the rest of their aguas frescas looked refreshing. The portions were good and the service was very attentive. ADA capacity and amenities were available.

Guadalajara has one of the best birria. Jalisco was where birria originated... By the way, no matter what people say, birria is by its definition is made with goat meat. NO COW!!!! THAT'S NOT BIRRIA... Today, I stopped by birrieria Tlaquepaque. Tlaquepaque is located within the Guadalajara metropolitan area. So I was to a good start. The waitress was friendly and she helped me decide what the best selection was. I was there for the birria, so that's what I had. In one of the reviews I read, it said that their agua de horchata was great. To my surprise, it wasn't homemade, but bottled in a plastic bottle, which was disappointing. As a free entrée, they served refried beans with refried tortilla chips. The beans tasted delicious like my grandma used to make. Then the birria arrived. The consome tasted a bit light, but it was good. The carne maciza was delicious with the added cilindro, chop white onios, and salsa, all this paired with the just made corn tortillas. It was a simphony of flavors coming together in my mouth. A reminder of times gone by. Please come and enjoy the birria in this restaurant. Keeping this Mexican tradition a life and we'll. Light and love to everyone.

BEST IN TOWN- I have tried many birrias in my life here in Cali and Mexico. The winner has been found and I'll tell you why. The goat is roasted to perfection. So you have these delicious bites of tender with a consume that breaths rich in flavor. Tortillas homemade, beans better than your mom's.
